Zest in the San Juan Water & Beach Club Hotel hosted the first Zacapa Rum Sensory Tasting on March 26th featuring a five-course menu created by chefs Raúl Correa of Zest and Xavier Pacheco of La Jaquita Baya.

First Course: Shrimp, Guacabo greens meslcun, radish, charred cream
Second Course: Pumpkin stuffed with duck, mango and cinnamon plus a secret ingredient1 🙂
Third Course: Lechón, roots, gandules (green pigeon peas)
Fourth Course: Lamb, celery, corn.
