Ingredients:

  • 1 cup yellow onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cubanelle pepper
  • 4 Ají dulce (sweet pepper)
  • 4 tbsp cilantro
  • 8 recao (coriander) leaves

 

Directions:

In a food processor combine, onion, garlic, pepper, sweet chili peppers, and blend for 30 seconds. Add the cilantro and coriander until the mix reaches the consistency of a chunky salsa.
