Chef Raúl Correa Takes Over Salt Gastrobar


Come experience Salt Gastrobar’s signature dishes with a modern Puerto Rican haute cuisine twist created by award-winning Chef Raúl Correa. The culinary experience will begin at 7:30 pm with a “Welcome Cocktail Reception” featuring espumante and a decadent selection of tapas. At 9:00 p.m., delight in a 4-course gourmet dinner and amuse-bouche, each paired with a fine selection of wines.
