The Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association (PRHTA) held its annual culinary competitions on February 5th, 2014 in search of the best local chefs to form part of the island’s official culinary team.
Among the 20 chefs who participated in the culinary challenge, Chef Raúl Correa was selected to form part of the Puerto Rico Culinary Team 2014 representing the island in the culinary competitions “Taste of the Caribbean” organized by the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association (CHTA) in Miami from June 28 – July 2, 2014.
