Executive Chef Raúl Correa of Zest the San Juan Water Beach Club Hotel introduced a new gourmet vegetarian menu that blends the best of island cooking and haute cuisine with fresh, nutritious ingredients sourced from local farms.

 

Zest’s new vegetarian menu features an exquisite selection of delicacies that include starters such as Grilled Watermelon with avocado, red onion escabeche, tomato, pistachios and yogurt tamarind dressing and main courses like the Paella-style Israeli Couscous with piquillo peppers, spinach, shallots, asparagus, artichokes and tostones (fried plantains).
