Chef Raul Correa is chef and partner owner of BACOA (finca+ fogón)! Bacoa is a farm to table restaurant with their own farm in the mountains of Juncos, Puerto Rico set to open in the summer of 2019.

Chef Correa’s culinary expertise, creativity, innovation and passion have earned him prestigious awards and accolades including FOOD & WINE magazine’s the “People’s Best New Chef 2013”, The People’s Best New Chef 2014” by GASTRONÓMICO and Restaurateur of the Year 2016 award by the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association.
